Vicki Joern is the owner and president of BEE Financial Partners practicing as a wealth manager since 2000. As a mother and investor herself, she has a deep appreciation for families and the many other dynamics which occur in preparation for the future. This is why BEE Financial Partners is a family-oriented business. Life keeps everyone busy, but an integral part in any financial strategy is to prepare for the unknown, especially for your loved ones.
Vicki educates clients, their families and businesses in wealth accumulation, the effective use of income tax-advantaged investments, strategic use of assets and protection plans, and group retirement strategies and benefits. Vicki believes knowledge and education are powerful. She speaks publicly on topics such as healthcare planning, the importance of Social Security benefits in retirement income planning, long-term care, planning that involves being proactive vs. reactive, and various financial topics for women. She believes that confidence is a key element in building lasting client relationships and prides herself in establishing a solid understanding of each client’s goals and financial situation.
Vicki grew up in Missouri and moved to Houston after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, Missouri. She obtained her MBA from Houston Baptist University. After spending 20 years in the oil patch, she made a career change to follow her heart in educating clients in planning for their financial futures and the unexpected.
She is on the board of directors of a few different nonprofit Houston organizations.
Vicki and Karl, her husband of more than 30 years, have three grown children, two sons-in-law, and two grandchildren. She enjoys walking, reading, working with plants, traveling and most of all, spending time with family and friends.
